If you find that you did not recieve the parts you were looking for, you can return them for a refund minus shipping fees. Please notify us beforehand either via phone or the "Contact Us" form so that we can promptly have your items restocked and your purchase refunded. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. If you recieve damaged or broken parts, please contact us so that we can file a claim with the shipping company and get replacements shipped out promptly. If we are not notified of damages within the timeframe of the shipper warranty, we cannot replace the damaged goods free of charge.
